The Pokémon Team Rocket 1st Edition set, released by Wizards of the Coast on April 24, 2000, is the fifth main expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It introduced ""Dark"" Pokémon with altered artwork, higher attacks, and lower HP.
Many cards from this set are both extremely sought after and valuable, but this Blastoise is, easily, among the top 3 cards from this set. It's also one of the most recognizable pieces of Blastoise art ever produced.
