While it looks similar to other printings featuring the froggish-looking character, this promo is the rarest Greninja Pokémon card ever produced. This extremely scarce issue was awarded to a lucky TV Tokyo lottery winner in early 2016. To enter, Japanese residents were required to call TV Tokyo between December 24th and December 30th, 2015. The 100 winning participants were notified the following month and sent an example of this card. While its artwork has appeared on other printings, this one’s XY&Z logo in the corner of the character window sets it apart from its peers and denotes its rarity. This is one of only 15 examples to earn the coveted PSA 10 grade. Whoever adds this beautiful card to their personal collecting Pokédex will indeed feel like they’ve won the lottery themself.
