As the exclusive rights holder to Michael Jordan and LeBron James signatures when the Cleveland phenom entered the league in 2003, Upper Deck had the honor of producing dual autos of the two during the King’s rookie season. In the second edition of Upper Deck Legends, the company included this dual autograph from the 12-card Rookie Impressions set, which paired a dozen draft picks with current stars or NBA legends. At the time, LeBron’s legend was of course not yet written, while Jordan had wrapped up his legendary career the season prior. Unsurprisingly to most, James lived up to his end of the bargain, more than earning his spot alongside M.J. on UD’s array of dual autos throughout the 2000s. Gorgeous 10-grade, on-card autos and a BGS 9.5 grade complete this sensational dual auto offering.
