1997-98 Upper Deck Diamond Dimensions is an incredibly tough set of inserts from the company's flagship Series 1 release. Featuring 30 cards, each of the die-cuts is numbered /100. They're parallels for the much more common Extra Dimensions, which have 2,000 copies.
Shaquille O'Neal is a headliner on the checklist. His card has a powerful image and uses a modern design, something Upper Deck was known for. It's hand-numbered on the front.
While 100 copies might not seem miniscule today, it's the marker of something scarce from the late 1990s. Low-numbered cards were still in their infancy and not all insert sets received the parallel treatment.
