The 2001 Pokémon TCG: Neo Revelation Shining Gyarados Secret Rare #65/64 is universally regarded as a foundational vintage grail card. Alongside Shining Magikarp, it is one of the first two ""Shining"" cards ever introduced in the English game.
Double holo error versions of this card are both rare and tough to spot in the wild.
To date, PSA has only ever graded eight PSA 10s of this card. When you add the fact that this example also has the MBA diamond sticker, there is a real argument to be made that this may be the best Shining Gyarados in the world.
