This Nami promo card was available as an exclusive in a special One Piece 1st Year Anniversary Gift Box that was only available in China. The big draw of this box came with the Straw Hat crew appearing on alternate art cards. For Nami, it usually meant a Red Dress card. As an added chase, rare Blue Dress versions were randomly inserted. Both variations come with serial numbers.
It is estimated that only 5,000 total sets were sold, 4,500 with the Red Dress Nami and 500 Blue Dress Variations.
This copy of the card is one of only five to carry BGS Black Label 10 status, meaning perfect subgrades in all four areas: Corners, Centering, Surface and Edges.
