A third of the 32 players ever to hit at least 50 home runs in a major-league season have done so multiple times. Among those ten, three accomplished the feat with the New York Yankees—no other team can claim two such players. Aaron Judge joined Babe Ruth and Mickey Mantle as the only players in Yankees history with multiple seasons of 50+ home runs after crushing an American League-record 62 homers in 2022. He accomplished the feat a third time in 2024, clearing the wall 54 times. Judge also hit 52 longballs as a rookie in 2017, at the time establishing a new rookie record. At 6-foot-7, Judge towers over most of the league, and his wave of power has enthralled fans worldwide—along with card collectors, who often target Judge’s ""1st Bowman"" cards from 2013 Bowman Draft, including offerings like this Chrome Prospect Autographs /25 Orange Refractor. Among the 47 names on the checklist, none loom larger than Judge’s. Bowman produced 10 Refractor parallels of the Chrome Prospect Autographs in Draft, more than the seven colors used in the Bowman and Bowman Chrome sets and an increase of two over the previous year’s Bowman Draft release. Only two colors of Judge’s rookie auto offer more scarcity (the /5 Red Refractor and 1/1 Superfractor), making this card one of the most coveted by collectors. The certification number on this card has been checked against the third-party grader's online database and is active as of 06/26/2025.
