The promo lacks a rarity symbol and has the same embossed foil features found in the popular Neo Destiny Shining Pokémon cards, and its rarity in high grade makes it even more desirable to collectors. To date, PSA has graded 233 total examples of this card. This is one of only 19 to earn a PSA 10 designation.
