In 2016, Pokemon released some of the most popular promos of the XY era, the Poncho Pikachu cards. These cards depicted Pikachu wearing a poncho that resembled some of the most popular characters in all of Pokemon. This card shows Pikachu wearing the Rayquaza poncho. Like all poncho Pikachu cards, this is extremely sought after in any grade. These cards are rare and tough to find in the the United States because they were originally released in Japan and nowhere else.
