Introduced in 2004 as a special chase card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Gold Star cards had a pull rate of only one per every two boxes. This rarity helped them become some of the most sought-after printings in the popular TCG, with the cards maintaining that status to this day. The Rayquaza Gold Star from the 2005 Ex Deoxys set was designed by Masakazu Fukuda and is widely considered one of the most breathtaking and coveted Pokémon cards ever created. Featuring an illustration of the legendary dragon that seems to jump off the card and an absurdly low CGC 10 Pop. count of only 10, it is considered a grail of post-Wizards of the Coast Pokémon cards. An incredible chance to own a piece of Pokemon history, this card rarely surfaces in this condition and represents a tremendous opportunity to catch a landmark issue.
