When you look back on sports icons of the last 30 years, few come close to the level of influence, fame and admiration as LeBron James and Tiger Woods. Both are among the very best to play their respective sports, James in basketball and Woods in golf. Both have the pedigree of timeless legends. They're champions at the highest levels. They hold numerous records. They've help shape the next generation of stars.
Both have been Upper Deck spokesmen for much of their pro careers. Despite this, James and Woods have just three cards that their signatures have appeared together on. Of those, this is the only signature memorabilia card.
This 2009-10 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Basketball Numbers autographed patch card connects the duo not by sponsorship deals but by their birthdays instead. Each is represented with a swatch worn by Woods in a tournament and James in an NBA game. LeBron's piece has four colors and spells out the middle part of ""Cleveland."" These are displayed in a window that reads 30—the day in December both were born.
The signatures, both of which are on-card, have been assessed as 10s by BGS. They also come with birthdate inscriptions, ""12-30-84"" for James and ""12-30-75"" for Woods.
Numbered 2/3, the card is graded a NM-MT+ by BGS and includes subgrades of 10 for Centering and 9.5 for Surface.
Needless to say, this is one of the most impressive combinations for any Exquisite Collection card, a game-changing brand that represents the very best in sports cards.
The certification number on this card has been checked against the third-party grader's online database and is active as of 12/09/2025.
