Wind From Sea is an extremely popular Pokémon expansion. Released exclusively in Japan in May, 2002, it's considered today to be a classic release. The English counterpart to this set is known as Aquapolis. The Wind From Sea set contained three Secret Rare Crystal cards: Nidoking, Kingdra, and Lugia. Although all three are highly coveted today, Lugia is considered to be the flagship card of the entire set. As such, it's also the most valuable.
