Kobe Bryant's soccer fandom is well documented. Spending some of his youth in Italy, the game taught him strategy and vision that he would carry over to the basketball court. He had his favorite teams and befriended some of the game's greats, including Lionel Messi. The hoops legend travelled to South Africa to watch the World Cup in person.
Bryant ended up earning a spot on the 2014 Panini Prizm World Cup checklist as one of two Fans of the Game autographs, joining Andrew Luck. This has since become one of the key cards in the landmark release, which is widely credited as kicking off modern soccer card collecting.
Although not numbered, it is incredibly scarce. PSA has graded just 20 total copies of the card with this being the only Gem Mint 10.
The certification number on this card has been checked against the third-party grader's online database and is active as of 06/03/2026.
