The 2010 Pokémon Japanese Promo Shiny Deoxys #076/L-P was released in September, 2010 exclusively in Japan through a highly limited lottery draw known as the Legendary Pokémon Present Campaign.
To participate, collectors had to mail in two barcodes from eligible Pokémon trading card products. Entrants then had to choose between two different reward tracks: ""Course A"" and ""Course B"".
Only people that chose Course A received the Deoxys. It is believed that only around 5,000 total sets were given out making this an extremely rare card today.
This copy has been graded a Gem Mint PSA 10.
