The 2016 Festa Pikachu is a special, highly sought-after Japanese Pokemon TCG card commemorating the franchise's 20th anniversary. Not available in booster packs or theme decks, it was a participation prize for the 20th Anniversary Festa tournament held in Japan in October, 2016. This makes the card etremely rare.
Although a Pikachu card, it also features the original starters: Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. The 20th Anniversary Festa logo runs on the right side of the full art holofoil card.
This copy has been graded a Gem Mint PSA 10.
