Released in January, 2016 for the Japanese ""Gorgeous Mega Campaign Vol. 2,"" the limited-edition Pikachu and Rayquaza business card was an exclusive promotional item available only at Pokémon Centers in Japan. Shoppers who spent ¥2,000 or more at Pokémon Centers and Pokémon Stores received two randomly selected promotional business cards out of a total set of eight designs. This Pikachu Rayquaza is one of most sought after.
In additional to the beloved artwork, these cards are extremely hard to find in high grades. To date, PSA has only graded 12 total PSA 10 examples of this card.
