First printed in 1993 as a part of the Alpha set of Magic the Gathering, the Mox gem cards have established themselves as part of the “Power Nine.” Mox Sapphire represents the gem that provides a blue mana source and the color needed for players looking to add that touch of control playstyle to their decks.
