1996-97 Skybox E-X2000 raised the bar for basketball cards in the 1990s. The breathtaking design incorporated die-cut images of players set over a bright blue sky background done with acetate. The Credentials parallel of the base set, including this majestic Jordan, is limited to /499 and identifiable by its label in the top right portion of the card. Credentials have become one of the key basketball parallel sets from the late '90s.
The color foil borders make grading a challenge, so issues from this release rarely surface in top grades.
