The Daisuke Ochiai Mudkip was one of the 10 winning artworks from the 2015 Pokémon Art Academy Competition held in Japan. Each winner received 100 copies of their card, meaning there are only 100 Daisuke Ochiai Mudkip cards worldwide.
Only two examples of this card have been submitted for PSA grading, both of which have received a PSA 10 holder. There are rumors amongst collectors that two "raw" copies of this card have been confirmed, but the owner of the other PSA 10 has not been identified, and it has never appeared on the market. With this card's extreme rarity, this may be collectors’ only chance to own this amazing academy artwork in card form.
