"Mean" Joe Greene created a wall of defense for the Steelers during the Steel Curtain era. Few teams shut down offenses more effectively, and few stars shined brighter than Greene, especially following his iconic Coca-Cola commercial in 1979. The 1971 Topps football set is regarded as one of the best vintage football releases of all time. It’s also notoriously difficult to find cards from the set in the highest grades.
